A while ago Jon and I went skiing with Dave and Scarps. I have to say I actually enjoyed it this time. Who knew that skiing down the hill on your skis instead of your face could be so fun? But, really. I am getting better. Jon and I have talked about getting our girls on skis and claiming another McGarry-family- together- time- tradition. I can't wait!
We also had the opportunity to get gussied up for a night out with the McLean's which doesn't happen very often anymore. We went to see Brian Reagan, the comedian, after an already laughter filled dinner at the Outback. He is so funny! Our jaws and sides hurt so badly as we walked out. We were still laughing as we had a delicious dessert from a place I can't remember the name of. But I do remember the dessert! But the company was awesome and it was a night that I really needed. Thanks Mike and Lindsey!
My favorite place is our backyard. The girls flourish out there... so does Jon. We try to enjoy spring for the day or two it appears in April. I love this picture! It is so typical of our day. Daddy with his two little shadows.
