Morgan's Week

Summer is on its way and the girls are thrilled about the new ice cream truck who graces our neighborhood far too often.

But I remember those simple moments of eating ice cream on the front porch with only worrying about whether I wanted to play chase, look for bugs, or lay on the grass in the sun after my belly was full of yummy ice cream. I wouldn't mind revisiting those moments again.

Morgan had her first dance recital this past Tuesday. She was very excited to show off her little moves. She did an amazing job! She was not intimidated by the crowd and loved the makeup and glitz and glamor. We were all so very proud of her. Where did my baby go?

We were also able to watch her perform in her preschool program. We were so impressed with how well she knew all of the parts. She was by far the star of this show, shouting her parts with all her might and singing at the top of her lungs. Too cute. Jill has been an amazing teacher and we appreciate all that she's taught Morgan. I can't believe that I only have one more year before she's in kindergarten.

We've been blessed to have Grandmas and Grandpas who love and support us so much. Morgan was thrilled to have so much support this week. We love you guys!

We are so proud of you, Morgan! You are an amazing little lady. Thanks for sharing your life with us! We can't wait to see what the future holds for you!

Mike and I were so happy to be a part of these two events! These little girls are the light of our lives. Being able to share in their lives is a blessing!
