We joined Jon's parents and sister in a quick weekend journey to St. George in the early fall. Jon's aunt Corinne and her husband Jeff invited us all down to spend the weekend with them in their lovely home. Needless to say, the weather was sublime; the rest was very much needed; and the time with the family well spent.
Morgan immediately made a life-long friend with a darling little care bear named Grumpy who resided in the play room. She carried him everywhere with her and snuggled him until his little frown almost turned into a smile. The girls could be found one of two places the entire weekend... the play room or the pool.
So, the majority of our time was spent in the water. All I can say is that water wings are the greatest. This was the first time the girls were confident in the water, jumping off the side, allowing daddy to chuck them across the pool. They had an absolutely wonderful time. We had so much fun in the pool that we actually only left the house once the whole weekend for a yummy dinner out. It was marvelous to do nothing, to go nowhere and to just be.
A little sunshine, a little pool time and a little lounging does the body good. Thanks Corinned and Jeff for a wonderful weekend!

We just read this blog and loved seeing the pictures and remembering how much fun we all had! It was great having you come down. . . . we'll have to do it again! Love you guys!
