Moab

My two little princesses in their fancy nightgowns the night before our big trip to Moab. They really are our life!

We hit a trail Friday evening after we picked up the jeep. The girls weren't so sure at first but a little distraction did the trick. By the next day they were super troopers. We could not have asked for better little girls. They made our weekend.

Adam and Cody always pull through on the Moab trips. It was so fun to spend some time with them.

Tim and Natalie and their family joined us on our adventure. We like to refer to them as our adventure buddies. They are always up for a great time and we really enjoy their company. There's a three month difference between their little girls and ours and they are the best of friends. You can't beat that.
The ride and rocking lulled our tired babes to sleep. The only problem was their heads flipped and flopped every which way. I finally literally tied their little heads down with their blankets. It seemed to do the trick quite well.

Moab hair after a day in the jeep with Daddy.

If I look a little beat, I am. These two little girls wore me out! They have a love of adventure like their daddy.
The next day we went rock climbing with Tim and Natalie. Reagan spent all her time in the dirt while all of us took turns climbing. It was super fun!

Morgan loves to climb the walls at the playgrounds but was a champion on her first real rock climb. She's a natural! Seriously.
Twinkle Toes McGarry

Whoever invented DVD players in the car is a genius. Enough said.

Reagan didn't care that she was too small to climb. She was happy with books.
We later went to the gigantic sandhill. It rained off and on all morning but it didn't stop us. The sand was just as fun a little damp as it would have been dry. And, a little dirt never hurt anyone except for me when I went to do laundry. But, the girls loved it so it was worth it.
Jon loved it too. I tried to upload a video of him tumbling down the hill but it wouldn't upload. But, I think this picture says it all. Luckily, he was okay.

We had a great time, as always. Love to be outside and to be active.

Holy Cow that looks like so much fun! Maybe someday we will make it down there with you. You guys are never short of adventure. And yes, we do need a night of camp fires and smores. If only we could get the snow and rain to stop for a day!
